Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How
much is a consultation?
The initial consultation is free. This is where we ask the questions to assess the complexity of your case and determine the resources needed to bring the case to a successful conclusion.
Will
the information I give you remain confidential?
Confidentiality is of the utmost importance when conducting an investigation. Investigators at CCI will never betray the trust of a client. Information will only be released when authorized by the client or ordered by a court of law.
What
experience do your investigators have?
All CCI investigators have extensive law enforcement backgrounds and have spent thousands of hours conducting surveillances and investigating a full range of crimes from phone threats to homicides.
Aren't
all private investigators required to have extensive experience?
No. Under Florida law, an individual can obtain a private investigator's license by obtaining just two years of related experience.
How
long will my investigation take?
This really does depend on the complexity of the investigation and the services required. We always give an estimate of the resources needed during our initial consultation.
How
soon can you start investigating my case?
All cases start with a good thorough initial interview of the client. As soon as we are contacted by you, and the necessary information is obtained, we can start investigating your case. As soon as the case is completed, the reports are promptly prepared and delivered to you.
